Technical cookies and local storage
The site does not use profiling or advertising cookies. It stores in your browser, in local storage, only your measurement choice (key be_consent_v1). This is a technical tool and does not require consent.
Measurement
The site may use Google Analytics, only if the tool is active and only after your consent. Without consent we load nothing and the site works the same way. Measured events are the click on the quote request button, and the start, steps and submission of the form, with language, destination, service and page. We never send name, email, phone, brief, accessibility needs or itinerary. Google Analytics usually uses the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies, lasting up to 2 years, and may process data in the United States with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Attribution of requests
Only after consent, to understand which channel a request comes from, we save the entry page and UTM parameters in the browser session. The data disappears when you close the tab.
Third-party services
The site does not embed social networks, videos, maps or other third-party content that installs cookies.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. You can also delete stored data from your browser settings.
