About us
BusEventi is the brand of the buseventi.it website, dedicated to coaches, buses and shuttles with driver for B2B events in Italy. We work with companies, event agencies, DMCs, PCOs and organisers of conferences, trade fairs, incentives and sports events.
We plan group mobility: routes, vehicles, times and a single point of contact. Dispatching and on-site staff are services to be sized in the proposal and are not automatically included.
The vehicles belong to BusEventi's partner companies.
What we do
- Coach and bus hire with driver for events.
- Hotel-to-venue shuttles and group transfers from airports and stations.
- Multi-leg and multi-city programmes, planned as one sequence.
What we do not do
- We do not sell tickets for events, concerts or shared departures.
- We do not run scheduled services.
- We do not guarantee access, reserved parking or passes that depend on third parties.
